"My sister told me that she was in the car when the plane crashed. The plane's tire fell on the car, and my sister was injured because the impact of the tire hit her on the head, so we rushed her to the hospital," a man told the Reuters news agency.
The blocking order was issued on February 24 under Section 69A of India’s Information Technology Act, according to a source familiar with the matter. The provision empowers the government to restrict public access to online content.

Segmentation maps a logical address (a 16-bit selector plus a 32-bit offset) to a 32-bit linear address, enforcing privilege and limit checks along the way.
